Tracked a few drums and started mapping out Bass parts on new material. Guitars are usually done first, but I was driven to write something rhythmically choppy and percussive in mind. It’s opposite of how I usually write but it’s helped keep the process interesting; it avoids any kind of monotony or sameness in feel.
